MPPSC Admit Card: MPOnline Login, Exam-Day Rules

MPPSC issues admit cards for all its exams through MPOnline (mppsc.mponline.gov.in), linked from the Admit Cards section of mppsc.mp.gov.in; the card currently linked on the home page is for the Assistant District Public Prosecution Officer Exam 2026. For the flagship State Service Exam 2026, both the Prelims and Mains admit cards have been issued.

How MPPSC releases admit cards

• Date in the advertisement: State Service advertisements print an "admit card availability date" on their first page. State Service 2026 gave 16 April 2026 for the 26 April 2026 Prelims; State Service 2025 gave 11 February 2025 for the 16 February 2025 Prelims.
• Later stages by notice: the Mains admit card date comes in the Mains notice. For State Service Mains 2026 it was 28 August 2026 in the notice's instructions (29 August 2026 in its summary table), for an exam from 7 to 12 September 2026.
• Interviews: interview call letters sit in a separate "Interview Call Letter" section. Recent examples on MPOnline are Assistant Professor (Botany) Exam 2024 and Assistant Professor (Computer Science) Exam 2025, the latter "for all candidates 87% and 13%".

Login and help

MPOnline admit card pages ask for your application number, date of birth and a verification code. Admit cards are not sent by post; an authorised MPOnline kiosk will print one for a ₹5 portal fee. MPOnline resolves download problems only up to 3 days before the exam day, on helpline 0755-6720200.

Exam-day rules in MPPSC objective papers

MPPSC's OMR instructions (Appendix IV of the State Service 2026 advertisement) require you to:

• reach the venue at least 30 minutes before each session, since late arrivals are refused;
• carry the admit card with a valid photo identity card;
• leave mobiles, calculators, pencils, erasers, whitener, pagers, vehicle keys and all electronic devices outside, including smart watches and Bluetooth devices;
• stay in the hall for at least the first hour;
• darken the question-paper set code; State Service 2026 OMR sheets without it, or with more than one set marked, were not evaluated.

Date changes

MPPSC moves exam dates by corrigendum, and the admit card date moves with them. The State Service and State Forest Service Prelims 2024, planned for 28 April 2024 at 55 district headquarters, was shifted to 23 June 2024 because of the Lok Sabha election programme, with admit cards from 12 June 2024. The State Service Mains 2025 could be scheduled only after a High Court order of 18 June 2026; MPPSC's revised notice of 20 June 2026 set admit cards from 3 August 2026 and the exam from 8 to 13 August 2026.
