MPPSC State Service — the State Service Examination (SSE) — is the Madhya Pradesh state civil services exam, conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC). Exam pattern in brief
The Preliminary exam has two objective papers of 200 marks each — General Studies and a General Aptitude Test (CSAT, qualifying). The Main exam has six descriptive papers for 1,400 marks, and the Interview carries 175 marks. The final merit is drawn from the Mains and the Interview.
