Bihar Police Constable Eligibility
Bihar Police Constable candidates must meet the age, education and physical standards below.
Age & qualification
- Age: 18 to 25 years for the general/UR category; the upper limit is relaxed for BC/EBC (about 27 male / 28 female) and SC/ST (about 30), as per the notification.
- Educational qualification: Intermediate (10+2) pass from a recognised board, or an equivalent (such as Maulvi from the Bihar Madrasa Board, or Shastri/Acharya from the Bihar Sanskrit Board).
