UPPSC Result

UPPSC publishes the result of each exam stage by stage on uppsc.up.nic.in — the Preliminary result, the Main result and the final merit list after the last stage. Each result names the candidates who qualify for the next stage; the Commission also publishes cut-off marks and, after the recruitment, the candidates' marks.

How the final selection works

For exams with an interview (PCS, APO) the final merit is drawn from the Mains and the Interview; for RO/ARO it is drawn from the Mains, with the typing test only qualifying. Posts are then allotted by merit rank and preference, subject to reservation. Category-wise cut-offs for the flagship exam are on the UPPSC PCS cut off page.
