Preferential Qualification for TNPSC Group 1 2021
Candidate must possess a degree or equivalent to that from a recognized university or institution. Candidates can check the preferential qualification to be eligible from below:
Preferential Qualification:
- Deputy Superintendent of Police (category 1): Candidate who possesses National Award of Physical efficiency.
- Assistant Commissioner (Commercial Taxes): First preference is given to that candidate who possesses a degree in Computer and Law together with a Taxation Law diploma. Second preference is given to that candidate who possesses a degree in commerce and law together. Third preference is given to that candidate who possesses a degree either in Commerce or Law together with a Taxation Law diploma. Fourth preference is given to that candidate who possesses a degree either in commerce or law.
- Assistant Director of Rural Development Department: First preference is given to that candidate who possesses a post-graduate degree in the Rural Service of Gandhigram Rural Institute. Second preference is given to that candidate who possesses either a post-graduate degree or diploma in extension. Third preference is given to that candidate who possesses either a post-graduate degree or diploma in sociology.
Points to be focused:
- The above-mentioned qualification degree must be obtained in the order of 10th + 12th or its equivalent + Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
- Those candidates who are currently studying in the final year of their graduation can also apply for Group 1 posts.
- Candidates who have not completed the internship after the MBBS exam are eligible to apply for the same.
