Document verification
Originals are checked against everything declared in the application — qualification, category, age and any relaxation claimed. Certificates must be in the prescribed formats and dated on or before the closing date of the application. A candidate found ineligible at this point loses the candidature regardless of score.
SBI never calls this exam "clerk"
The word "clerk" does not appear anywhere in the advertisement. SBI recruits this post as Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales), and the careers page lists it under that name. Candidates searching the SBI site for "clerk" find nothing and conclude no recruitment is running. Filter the current-openings page by Junior Associates instead.
