- Number of papers: There will be two papers in a preliminary examination – Paper I and Paper-II. Candidates have to attempt both the papers compulsorily.

CGPSC State Service Exam Preparation tips

- Practice: Practice makes a person perfect! Start preparing for the examination with the help of previous year question papers and mock test provided at the official website of CGPSC. About CGPSC
The examination for State Service Examination for the state of Chhattisgarh is conducted by Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC). To apply for the CGPSC SEE, candidates must have a graduation degree in any discipline. Applicants must have completed 21 years to apply for various post under state service examination. The selection of candidates is done through the process of a preliminary examination, main examination and interview round. Pre-exam is qualifying in nature. Candidates are selected for interview round on the basis of marks secured in main examination.
