ITBP GD Constable 2021 – Selection Process

The selection process of the ITBP GD Constable sports quota includes three rounds whihc are as folloes –

1. Document Verification
2. Physical Standard Test
3. Merit List

• First candidates have to appear in the document verification round.
• Candidates who are found eligible on the basis of their document are sent to the next round.
• Candidates who qualify the document verification round have to appear for Physical Standard Test.
• PST consist measurement of Chest (for male) and Height.
• Candidates who will qualify the PST will go for PET.
• In PET (Physical Endurance Test), candidates have to cover a certain distance in a certain time.
• After PET there is one more round,i.e, Trial Test.
• After the trial test, the recruitment board will prepare the merit list on the basis of which candidates will be subjected to the medical fitness test.
• At last, candidates who will found medically fit after the medical examination are selected as a Constable(GD)
• Sports achievements will also be considered while preparing the Merit List.
