MPPSC State Service Exam Syllabus for preliminary examination
Paper I: General studies – History, Culture and Literature of Madhya Pradesh, National and international history, geography, politics, economy, information and communication technology, bureaucratic process, Geography of Madhya Pradesh and its neighboring areas, Current International and National Affairs, Information and Communication Technology, National and Regional Constitutional / Statutory Bodies.
Paper II: General Aptitude Test: Communication skills, logical reasoning, analytical ability, decision making, and problem-solving. Class X level data interpretation, Hindi comprehension skills.
Basic numeracy (numbers and their relations, order of magnitude ect.-Class X level) Data interpretation (charts, graphs, tables, data sufficiency etc.-Class X level), Hindi Language Comprehension Skill (Class X level)
Note: Questions related to the Hindi Language Comprehension skill of Class X level will be tested through passages from the Hindi language only without providing English Translation thereof in the question paper.

General Studies Paper I:
Part A: Indian History, Madhya Pradesh history, and geography, Indian Cultural heritage, etc.
Part B: World geography, advanced technologies in geography, several kinds of management in Water and disaster.
General Studies Paper II:
Part I: Constitution, Political, administrative and infrastructure structures of India
Part II: Human resources development, functions and programs, World health organization, elements of social harmony, etc
General Studies Paper III:
Methods of unit measurement, percentage, simple and compound interest, profit Loss, characteristics and generation, Number and its type, and organic farming, etc

MPPSC SSE Exam Pattern 2022

- Preliminary
The preliminary examination is the first stage of the exam. It takes place to select the candidates for main examination. Its marks are not counted in the final results.
