UPPSC Application Form

Every UPPSC application is made online at uppsc.up.nic.in. The Commission uses a One Time Registration (OTR) — you register once and then apply to each exam with your OTR ID. Every exam has its own notification, application window and fee.

How to apply

  1. Register / log in on the UPPSC portal and complete your profile.
  2. Open the notification for the exam you want and start its application.
  3. Fill your details and post preferences, upload the photograph and signature in the prescribed format, and pay the fee online.
  4. Submit and keep a printout of the completed application.
