The PSTET 2025 answer key process is complete: the provisional key and the final key were followed by a revised final key, uploaded on 13 August 2026 on pstet2025.org. PSTET 2025 was held on 15 March 2026 by Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), Amritsar for SCERT Punjab, and the provisional keys were uploaded on 16 March 2026 under the official activity schedule. SCERT Punjab's public notice of 3 February 2026 named www.pstet2025.org as the website for this cycle.

How were PSTET 2025 objections filed?

In a portal notice, SCERT Punjab invited objections to the provisional key of Paper 1 and Paper 2 (all subjects) within three days, from 17 March to 19 March 2026, until 5.00 pm. Objections were uploaded through a link in the candidate login area, where you sign in with your registered e-mail ID, password and captcha. Each objection had to follow the set format and carry documentary proof. The portal's rules were strict:

  • Requests after the last date were not entertained.
  • Every objection went to an expert committee of the examination conducting authority, whose decision binds all stakeholders, with no further objection at any level.
  • Objections are only for the provisional key and are not taken after the final key is published.

Which key applies to you: series and subject

Paper 1 has separate keys for booklet series A, B, C and D. Paper 2 has subject-wise keys for Art & Craft, Home Science, Music, Physical Education, Sanskrit, Science & Maths, Urdu and Social Science, each in four series. Check your score against the key for your own paper, subject and series.

How to calculate your PSTET score

The PSTET 2025-26 structure has 150 questions in each paper, each worth one mark:

  • Paper 1 (PSTET-1): Child Development & Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics and Environmental Studies, 30 MCQs (30 marks) each, total 150 marks.
  • Paper 2 (PSTET-2): Child Development & Pedagogy, Language I and Language II (30 MCQs each, compulsory), plus a 60-question section in your subject: Mathematics and Science, Social Studies, Art & Craft, Physical Education, Home Science, Urdu, Music or Sanskrit. Any other teacher takes either Mathematics and Science or Social Studies.

Count one mark for every answer that matches the key. In the revised final keys, a question marked with an asterisk gives one mark to all candidates. Paper 2 keys also use combined letters where two options are listed: E stands for A & C, F for B & C, G for A & B, H for A & D and J for C & D. Read these letters as pairs of options before you mark an answer wrong.

Why was the PSTET 2025 final key revised?

The first final keys were posted after the objection window; the portal showed the Paper II final key with the stamp "Uploaded on 6 Apr. 21:30". On 13 August 2026 SCERT's portal posted a Final (REVISED) key for both papers. Its heading says it was revised after consulting a panel of experts to resolve complaints received from SCERT and cases challenged in the Punjab & Haryana High Court (Paper I, Paper II). Results are checked by logging in on the portal. The portal adds that a few candidates who had entered wrong roll numbers were verified, and their results were corrected.
