SSC CGL Exam Analysis 11th June 2019

Whereas the types of questions asked in each shift were different from each other, exam pattern remained the same. Note the exam pattern was as follows.

Exam Duration: 1 hour (80 minutes for VH/ OH (afflicted with Cerebral Palsy/ deformity in writing hand- Pl))

SSC CGL Exam Analysis 11th June 2019 – Shift 1

The exam for SSC CGL Tier-I for Shift 1 started at 10:00 AM and ended at 11:00 AM. The difficulty level of SSC CGL 11 Jun Shift 1 was of Moderate level. Candidates commented that the English section was easy, The quantitative section was easy and doable, however, some of the questions from the Quantitative section were a bit time-consuming. The reasoning section was of moderate difficulty level. General Knowledge was of moderate level as per some candidates. It was observed that the paper has been almost predictable and there are no new surprises. The paper was as per the previous day’s pattern.

SSC CGL Exam Analysis 11th June 2019 – Shift 2

SSC CGL 11th June 2019 exam for Shift 2 was similar to that of Shift 1. The exam for shift 2 was of easy-moderate difficulty level. General Intelligence & Reasoning was easy, however, three 3-4 tricky questions as well. The English language section was easy. Quantitative Aptitude gave a tough time to the students as there were 5-6 time-consuming questions. Overall the exam was quite easy and there were no major surprises for the students.

SSC CGL Exam Analysis 11th June 2019 – Shift 3

The Shift 3 for SSC CGL 11th June 2019 started  Candidates who appeared for the CGL 11th Jun 2019 Shift 3 exam said that the exam was of overall easy-moderate difficulty level. The pattern of the test was similar to the previous days and there were no such surprises for the students.

  1. This is one of the easiest and the most scoring section of all.
  2. However, some questions asked in the 3rd shift were easy to moderate level.

How to get official SSC CGL 11th June 2019 Answer Key?

  • Staff Selection Commission releases official answer key of SSC CGL 2019 held on June 11 and all other dates together.
  • Answer key is published at ssc.nic.in.
  • The commission publishes a notice in which it provides direct link to download answer key and tells how and when to submit objections.
  • All candidates who have appeared for SSC CGL on June 11, 2019, can then login at ssc.nic.in using roll number and password to check question paper with answer keys and responses.
  • After checking answer key, candidates can also submit objections by paying Rs 100 per question.

Roll number required to check answer key:- Candidates were issued roll number with admit card of SSC CGL 2019. They will need this to login to get answer key and submit objections.

Difference between official and unofficial answer key:- Initially unofficial memory based questions with answers are published for SSC CGL 11th June 2019 exam. These are as per questions that candidates remember. Coaching centers and individual teachers solve questions to provide unofficial answer key. Whereas official is that one which Staff Selection Commission releases at ssc.nic.in.

How to calculate marks after checking SSC CGL Answer Key of 11th June 2019?

Candidates can predict their score before normalization by using the SSC CGL answer key, question paper, analysis of exam held on June 11, 2019. Whereas marking scheme is already given above, detailed steps to calculate marks are given below.

  1. Compare your responses with SSC CGL answer key.
  2. Then count the number of right responses, number of wrong responses.
  3. After that use the formula below to know your marks.

Marks in SSC CGL 2019 = (Number of right responses * 2) – (Number of wrong responses * 0.5) 

Please note that for the purpose of result, there is normalization over raw score. So the marks you predict using answer key is only raw.

SSC CGL Result 2019

Result of SSC CGL 2019 is published for tier 1, 2, 3, 4. First of all, all candidates who submit application form of SSC CGL 2019 appear in tier 1 exam. Then those who obtain marks equal to or more than cut off score in tier 1 get admit card for tier 2 and can appear in it. Then likewise those who qualify tier 2 can appear in tier 3 descriptive test. Ultimately qualifiers of tier 3 can appear in tier 4 skill test as per their posts. Candidates have to clear all rounds to be qualified for selection.

SSC CGL Result 2019 is announced at ssc.nic.in. Date of declaration of results is as per SSC result status published at ssc.nic.in.

Result is published in form of PDF file containing roll numbers of all qualified candidates. In addition, SSC also publishes marks a few days after releasing lists.

Candidates can check marks by logging in using roll number / registration number, and password. Cut offs also become available along with results only.

SSC Combined Graduate Level 2018-2019

Every year Staff Selection Commission conducts the Combined Graduate Level exam. It is held to recruit candidates for Group “B” and Group “C” posts in various Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations in the Government of India. Posts are in Pay Band –II Rs.9300-34800 (pre-revised).

As the name suggests, SSC CGL is for graduate candidates. Candidates should have checked eligibility criteria before applying.

  • General Intelligence and Reasoning: 25 questions of 50 marks

  • Quantitative Aptitude : 25 questions of 50 marks
  • English Comprehension : 25 questions of 50 marks

Exam Pattern of Tier-2

  • Paper-1 Quantitative Abilities: 100 questions of 200 marks – Compulsory for all posts.
  • Paper-2 English Language and Comprehension: 200 questions of 200 marks – Compulsory for all posts.
  • Paper-3 Statistics: 100 questions of 200 marks – For Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) posts.
  • Paper-4 General Studies (Finance and Economics): 100 questions of 200 marks – For Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer posts.

Exam Pattern of Tier-3

  • Writing of Essay / Precis / Letter / Application etc – 100 marks.
