How to use the SSC MTS mock tests
- Sit one full-length test first, in a single 90-minute sitting, before you revise anything — it shows where you actually stand.
- Note the section that cost you the most marks per minute, then work its section-wise test (SSC MTS Numerical and Mathematical Ability, SSC MTS Reasoning Ability and Problem Solving and SSC MTS General Awareness) until that score moves.
- Mind the marking: at +3/−1 with four options, a blind guess loses marks on average; guess only once you can rule out 1 option.
- Compare your score with the SSC MTS cut off — and aim to clear it with a margin.
- Alternate mocks with the SSC MTS previous year papers: mocks train speed, real papers show what the examiner actually asks.
