NET cut offs are declared separately for every subject and every category, and again for each qualifying type — JRF, Assistant Professor and Ph.D. admission carry different bars in the same subject. A single headline figure would be meaningless here, which is why these are published as the original PDFs rather than summarised.

The cut off moves with the paper

Because the qualifying percentile is applied to the candidates who actually sat that subject in that session, a harder paper produces a lower mark for the same percentile. Comparing your raw score against a previous year’s cut off tells you less than comparing your position among candidates.
