Why these repay repeated work

CTET has run for more than twenty editions on a stable structure — 150 marks, five sections, no negative marking — so past papers are an unusually good guide to what is coming. Child Development and Pedagogy in particular revisits the same themes in different wording year after year.

How to use them

1. Sit a full paper in one two-and-a-half-hour block.
2. Mark it — with no negative marking, leaving a question blank is never better than a considered guess.
3. Check whether you crossed 60%, the qualifying bar, and in which sections you lost most.
4. Repeat with a different edition to confirm the gap closed.
