The CTET is conducted in two sessions: July session and December session. The CTET December 2021 session was conducted from 16th of December 2021 to 13th of January 2022 in different shifts. So the difficulty level of all the question papers varies and evaluating every shift the same and keeping the same cut off will make it unfair. CBSE counteracts this by employing the normalization process. Qualifying the CTET examination gives the candidate eligibility for teaching across all states in India.
