How to Check RRB NTPC Result?
The procedure to check RRB NTPC result and RRB group D result is the same. Candidates simply have to click on the links available above of their respective zones and check the results.
How to Check RRB NTPC Result?
- Go to the official website of the respective zones.
- Now, search for RRB NTPC CEN 01/2019 Result link.
- A login page will then appear on the screen. Enter the user id/ registration number and password.
- Now, tap on the ‘Login’ button
- The RRB result will now appear on the screen

RRB NTPC Selection Procedure
There are 03 sections allocated for the RRB NTPC selection process, these are – Computer Based Test (CBT), Document Verification (DV), and Medical Fitness Test. And the respective results for each section are declared in the following mode:
CBT-1: The Railway Recruitment Board will publish the first stage Computer Based Test (CBT-1) RRB NTPC CEN 01/2019 result on its regional official websites.
CBT 2 – The second stage is Computer Based Test -2 wherein candidates have to answer 120 multiple choice questions. Those who clar this stage are then called for DV exam. Candidates are shortlisted 20 times the total number of vacancies available for this stage.
Skill Test – The skill test is organized only for Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Senior Time Keeper, Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist, Junior Time Keeper, Senior Clerk cum Typist, and Junior Clerk cum Typist Posts. For this stages, 08 times the number of vacancies are shortlisted.
Document Verification (DV) – Aspirants after clearing the skill test are invited for the document verification round. Aspirants have to submit all the relevant documents to the exam center on the allocated date. On that day, the aspirants have to bring original as well as self-attested photocopies of the certificates required for Document Verification (DV).
Medical Fitness Test – After clearing the Document Verification round, the aspirants are required to pass the Medical Fitness Test as well. The final selection of the aspirants completes after passing the medical exam. The medical exam is conducted at the railway hospitals by the railway administration to check that the aspirants are medically fit to maintain the duties. One of its significant standards is the visual acuity test, which is an important eligibility criterion for the posts of Railway.
RRB Group D Selection Procedure
There are three sections allotted for the RRB Group -D selection process are – Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), and Document Verification (DV). And the respective results for each section are announced in the following manner:
CBT– Computer Based Test (CBT) is conducted to evaluate the aspirant’s technical skill. This is the first stage of the RRB Group -D selection. The Railway Recruitment Board publishes the result for the same on its official website rrbcdg.gov.in. After the RRB Group D CBT result declaration, the selected aspirants are called for the next stage which is the PET round.
PET – Physical Efficiency Test (PET) is based on the aspirant’s performance in CBT. In this round, the aspirant’s fitness is evaluated by the board. The number of aspirants called for PET is three times the number of vacancies. It is compulsory to qualify for the PET round though it is qualifying in nature.
Document Verification(DV) – After clearing the above 02 rounds, the aspirants are called for the document verification round. The number of aspirants called for the DV round is twice the number of vacancies as per their merit. Aspirants need to bring the self-attested photocopies of the certificates required for Document Verification (DV).
RRB NTPC Cut-off
To get selected for the RRB NTPC Exam, the aspirants need to ensure the minimum qualifying marks as per their categories. The category-wise minimum qualifying marks for the RRB NTPC selection have been provided in the table below:

RRB NTPC CEN 01/2019 Vacancies
As per the recent notice published by RRB, the Railway has modified the vacancy to 35,281 for the position of NTPC (Non-Technical Popular Categories) through the Railway NTPC Exam. Earlier, the vacancy advertised for the same was 35,208.
RRB Group D Vacancies
RRB is recruiting 1,03,769 vacancies for the Group-D selection. These vacancies are allotted for the posts of track maintainer Grade-IV, helper/assistant, assistant pointsman, level-I. The selection is processed through 03 stages – CBT, PET, and Medical/Document Verification.
