SSC JE Admit Card – Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has started issuing the Junior Engineer Admit Card 2017. The admit card is available online, on the regional website of the Commission. For now, SSC JE 2 Admit Card 2017 is available for download. The candidates who qualified Tier 1, issued Tier 2 admit card. In order to download the SSC JE Hall Ticket, the candidates need to enter the Registration Number / Roll Number and Date of Birth. The SSC JE 2017 Paper 1 held from January 22 to 29, 2018, and the admit card states the venue, day, and timing of the exam and Tier 2 held on April 29, 2018. Now the Admit Card for the Document Verification has been released. Candidates will not be allowed to take the exam if they are unable to produce SSC Admit Card. SSC Junior Engineer (JE) Admit Card 2017 – 2018

SSC conducts Junior Engineer (JE) examination to fill Group ‘B’ Non-Gazetted posts in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying & Contract. Paper 1 was a computer-based test, whereas Paper 2 was a written examination. The exam centers once allotted to the candidate will be final. How to Download SSC JE Admit Card 2018

The candidates can download the SSC Junior Engineer admit card by following the steps below:

  • Click on the link the appropriate link for correct Regional Centre.
  • Click on the link for SSC JE 2018 Admit Card.
  • Enter Roll Number and Date of Birth, in the required space.
  • Check and download the admit card of SSC JE 2018.

Note: Candidates who will be appearing for the examination should also bring 3 passport size photographs for affixing it in the Commission’s copy of Admit Card in the presence of Invigilator if required.

If any candidate does not receive the admit card for the examination before the date of examination, immediately contact the concerned regional/ sub-regional office (s) of the commission with details such as registration id, transaction id etc. for obtaining the admission certificates.

Documents to bring to the Exam Center

Candidates should bring 3 passport size photographs for affixing it in the Commission’s copy of SSC Junior Engineer (JE) Admit Card 2018 in the presence of Invigilator. If you are not carrying photographs then will not get entry to the exam hall. It is also advisable to keep 10 copies of the same photograph until completion of entire examination process to facilitate easy identification. Also along with the SSC JE Admit Card, the candidate should bring a valid photo id proof such as Driving License, Voter’s ID, Aadhaar Card, ID cards issued by Government or other Offices where the candidates may be working etc.

SSC JE Examination Preparation

The Paper I of Junior Engineer was a computer-based test. Candidates had 2 hours to solve the paper, which carried 200 marks. The paper is divided into below mentioned three sections.

Q. My name is misspelled on the Admit Card. WHom should I contact to regarding this?
A.   If there is an error on the admit card then the candidates may contact SSC. The Commission guides that one must write his / her Roll number along with the name, date of birth and name of the examination while addressing any communication to the concerned regional office of the Commission.

Q. I do not remember my Roll Number for SSC JE 2017. What should I do?
A. If the candidate does not remember Roll NUmber, he/ she can download their admit card by entering their Name and Date of Birth in the Admit card Login Page.

Q. Can I change my exam center after the JE Admit Card 2017 has been issued to me?
A. The exam center once allotted to the candidate by the Commission will be final. Any request in this regard will not be considered.

Q. I may not be able to appear for SSC JE Paper 1, will I get a refund of application fee?
A. The application fee paid by the candidate is non-refundable.
