How objections were made
- Objections were sent by e-mail to [email protected], in the prescribed form attached to the provisional key, with supporting evidence.
- A separate form was needed for each question.
- Evidence had to be a government-published book; books or material from private publishers were not accepted.
- Scanned evidence of only the 1 or 2 pages relating to the objection had to be uploaded; objections without evidence were not considered.
- Only candidates who appeared in the exam could object, and only objections received by 31 December 2025 were considered.
The form asked for the seat number, medium, question-booklet series, question number, the option shown in the provisional key, and the book name, publisher, edition year, page and paragraph of the evidence.
OMR sheets
By a circular of 30 December 2025, the Board published the OMR sheets of candidates who appeared on www.sebexam.org, downloadable until 3 January 2026. The notice board linked the TET-I 2025 OMR download to prepostexam.com.
What changed in the final key
All objections were placed before an expert committee, and the final key was put on the website on 17 January 2026 after it had checked them. In the English-medium Type A final key, questions 21, 72 and 105 are marked Grace, and some questions accept two options, for example question 16 (A&B), question 30 (B&D), question 55 (A&D) and question 110 (A&D).
Score yourself
Each of the 150 questions carries one mark, with no negative marking. Compare your score with the pass mark: 90 marks for General, and 82 marks for SC, ST, SEBC, PH and EWS candidates.
