Selection Procedure for APPSC Arunachal Pradesh Civil Service 2022 exam
The selection procedure for filling various vacancies in Arunachal Public Services commission is given in this article for reader’s convenience.
- Firstly, the candidate should be eligible to appear for the exam. They shouldn’t be less than 21 years of age and more than 32 years of age. Age relaxation is given to non-creamy layer candidates. They must hold a degree from any recognized university.
- Candidates need to pass the Prelims exam first which is a screening test in order to appear for Mains. Prelims are Objective-based papers with a negative marking system.
- Once an aspirant has cleared the preliminary exam, the aspirant will have to appear for the Mains exam which is a descriptive test. A minimum of 33% qualifying marks in each written paper and an aggregate of 45% total marks are necessary to be eligible for the Interview round.
- Once a candidate has cleared the Mains exam, they can appear for the Interview round. Occupations are allotted on the basis of total marks scored in Mains and Interview rounds and a merit list is released.
