When will CSIR NET 2021 Result Declare?
Last year, CSIR NET exam was conducted on November 19, 21 and 26, 2020 for which the result was out on December 2020; after 33 days. This year also, candidates can expect the CSIR NET result at least a month after the exam.
How to Check CSIR NET Result 2021?
Candidates taking the CSIR NET 2021 examination can check the results from the website of the NTA. Results are available in the form of merit list of qualifying candidates. 1st step: From a web browser, open the website of the NTA i.e. csirnet.nta.nic.in.
2nd step: Look for the CSIR NET Results 220 link to check the result online.
3rd step: Click on the link to open and download the merit list.
4th step: Candidates are directed to the login page. Enter the registration number and password and tap on the login button.
5th step: Press Ctrl + F and type candidate’s roll number to check if shortlisted.

CSIR NET 2021 Qualifying Marks
Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks to be eligible for either Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) or Assistant Professorship/lectureship. CSIR NET 2021 Cut Off Marks
Candidates must secure the minimum cut off marks to qualify the examination. It is important for the candidates to not only secure the qualifying marks. Candidates who secure the cut off marks are eligible for final selection. Candidates who secure the minimum cut off marks (or above) are shortlisted in the merit list published for JRF/Assistant Professorship. CSIR NET Cut Off will be released by the NTA after the exam. CSIR NET 2021 Selection Process
CSIR NET 2021 examination is for the purpose of qualifying candidates as eligible for appointment into Assistant Professorship roles. The examination is also awarding Junior Research Fellowships for aspiring candidates who qualify in the examination. The results are thus published in the form of two separate merit lists for JRF and Assistant Professorship.
The selection process is based on the performance of the candidates in the online computer-based test. The NTA has included the provisions for marks normalisation in the CSIR NET 2021 exam. As the examination is conducted through multiple sessions, marks normalization is adopted by the NTA. Check out the details of the normalization process below.
Note: Candidates who qualify for Junior Research Fellowship are automatically awarded eligibility for Assistant Professorship. Candidates who qualify for Assistant Professorship only are also eligible for JRF in a Scheme/Project but not for regular Junior Research Fellowship.
Significance of CSIR NET 2021
CSIR NET 2021 examination determines the eligibility of candidates to be appointed in the role of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Assistant Professorship/Lectureship.
Junior Research Fellows are eligible for the grant of monthly stipend of Rs 31000 during the first two years of their fellowship. Upon the completion of the first two years, JRFs can be promoted to Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) with an increased stipend of Rs 35000.
Junior Research Fellows are also entitled to an annual contingency grant of Rs 20000 and a lump sum amount of Rs 3000 upon the submission of the Ph. D. thesis.

The CSIR NET examination determines the eligibility of Indian candidates for appointment into the roles of Assistant Professorship and Junior Research Fellowship. The examination is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) twice every year. The examination was previously conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) until July 2018.

CSIR UGC NET Additional Result 2019

The results of the Joint CSIR-UGC Test for Junior Research Fellowship & Eligibility for Lectureship of June 2019 was declared on August 09, 2020. However, after the review of the answer key of question No.71, of Life Sciences, option 1 has been considered correct. Applicants who have chosen option 1 have been awarded marks. Accordingly, the commission had released the result of additional candidates in Life Sciences subject.

Ans : The passing marks is 25% for SC/ST/PwD candidates and 33% for others.
Ans. The CSIR NET result is expected to release in a month after the exam is concluded.
