NABARD Group ‘A’ Emoluments 2020
After the final selection, candidates are provided with the following emoluments and service conditions:
- Prerequisites – Reimbursement of the expenses for Maintainance of vehicle used for official purpose only, newspaper, internet, telephone charges, furnishing of residence. With this, newly selected Assistant Managers gets free dispensary facility, medical expenses, leave travel concession, loans, advances at concessional rates for housing, transport, etc.
- New pension scheme
- For limited selected candidates, residential quarters are available.
- The selected candidates have to undergo and training period. After this, they also have to fulfil desk and field jobs.
- All the shortlisted candidates are liable for the transfer anywhere in India.
NABARD Group ‘A’ Pre-examination Training 2020
NABARD arranges pre-examination training for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWBD category. This training is free of cost. Candidates can avail the pre-examination training by applying for it separately. To apply, candidates need to send an offline application to Chief General Manager, NABARD. The cover in which applicationa are send should have ‘Application for pre-examination training for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD for probation manager in RBDS’ mentioned on it. Out of all the centre provided in the notification, candidates have to select only one.
NABARD Group ‘A’ Selection Procedure 2020
The selection of candidates is done in 3 phases – Preliminary exam, main exam and interview round. Get more details about the selection procedure below:
- Preliminary examination: An online examination is conducted for preliminary examination. Preliminary examination is qualifying in nature and serves as screening test. Candidates are shortlisted for main examination based on scores in pre-exam. Candidates have to secure sectional as well as overall cut off marks to get shortlisted for the main exam.
- Main examination: The Main examination is also conducted in online mode. It has Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) as well as descriptive questions. Like the preliminary exam, candidates have to secure sectional and overall cutoff marks to appear for interview round.
- Interview round: NABARD has allotted 25 marks for interview round. Candidates have to appear in interview with certain documents. The final selection of candidates is based on their performance in the main exam and interview round.
NABARD Group ‘A’ Tie-breaking Criteria 2020
As mentioned above, the marks for final selection is based on the marks secured in main and interview round. There are cases when more than one candidate secures equal marks. In such cases, the ranking of the candidates is decided on the following criteria:
- Candidates with higher marks in the main examination is placed higher in the rank list.
- In case of having equal marks in the main exam, candidates with higher qualification are placed higher in the rank list.
- In case of similar qualification, the candidate with higher marks in graduation is placed higher in the list.
- If the above cases are not applicable, the candidate who is senior in age is given preference.
Bio-metric Verification for NABARD Group ‘A’ 2020
Biometric verification means online verification of candidates with the help of their thumb impression. Candidate’s biometric verification is done on the day of examination. At each stage of the selection procedure, candidates have to provide their biometric data (thumb impression). The decision of biometric verification authority (matched or mismatched) is final for the verification round. Candidates are required to follow the following instructions for smooth biometric verification:
- Candidates must ensure that their fingers are free of stamped ink, mehndi, colour, etc. Wash them properly so that the coating is completely removed.
- If the fingers are dirty or dusty, make sure to clean them before bio-metric verification.
- Make that fingers of both the hands are dry before bio-metric verification.
- If the thumb is injured or damaged, notify the concerned authority of the test centre. In such cases, other finger’s impression is captured for biometric verification.

2nd step: Hereatfer, click on ‘career notices’ tab as shown in the image.

3rd step: After this, a new page opens where candidates have to click on ‘click here to continue’. Click on the ‘results’ option is present at the left.

4th step: After clicking on the ‘result’ tab, a new page opens.
