State Bank of India (SBI) has released the SBI PO 2018 Main Examination Marks on November 05, 2018, at sbi.con.in. The candidates need to enter the login credentials (Roll Number, DOB or Registration Number, DOB etc) for viewing Main Examination Marks. At first, SBI has decided to reveal the final result on November 01, 2018 but now the SBI has announced the final result 1 day priorly. The qualifiers of main have to appear for the group discussion and personal interview rounds on September 24, 2018. At the same time, the document verification will take place. The candidates have to appear with all original documents there. At last, the name of all qualified candidates will be released on November 01, 2018. SBI PO 2018 Admit Card
SBI has released the admit card for the interview. The candidates have to download the admit card, to appear in the exam. As it is mandatory to keep the Admit Card along with you. The Call Letters are provided online. To download the Call Letter, candidates have to visit the official website and have to log in by entering the Registration Number and the Password. The hard copy of Admit card has not being sent to the candidate’s address.
Candidates have to carry the photo identity proof along with the Admit Card and have to submit it to the exam centre. You can carry the documents such as passport/ Adhar/ PAN Card/ Driving License/ Voter’s Id Card/ Bank Passbook with duly attested Photograph/ Identity Card issued by School or College.
SBI PO 2018 Eligibility Criteria
The candidates can check the eligibility criteria necessary for the p[ost of PO from the points given below:
Educational Qualification: The candidate must be a Graduate as on August 31, 2018. The candidates must have done the graduation from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
Age Limit: The age of the candidate must between 21 to 30 years. Candidates must be born between April 02, 1988 and April 01, 1997. There is also the age relaxation for the candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PWD/ Ex-servicemen category from 05 to 15 years (as applicable).
Reservation: The candidates with Visual Impairments, Hearing Impairments, Locomotor Disability have the reservation policy.

SBI PO 2018 Application Form
The candidates who wished to apply for the post of PO in SBI must have checked the eligibility criteria first and then they applied. You can check the information related to the application process from below:
Application Fee: The candidates will have to pay the application fee such as:
- General/ OBC – Rs. 600/-
- SC/ST/PWD – Rs. 100/-
Mode of Payment: The candidates will have to pay the fee in the online mode only by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking.
How to fill SBI PO Application Form 2018?
To apply for the post of PO, the candidates will have to follow the steps given below:
- First, you will have to do the Registration by entering the details such as First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, Alternate Mobile Number, Email ID, and the Security Code.
- Then you should upload the images in the specified format.
- After that, fill all the basic information like Personal Details, Educational Qualification, Address etc.
- Now a preview page of your details will appear to you. So check the information available in your form.
- At last, pay the application fee according to your category.
- You are advised to take the printout of the application form for the future use.
SBI PO 2018 Exam Centre
The exam will be held in venues decided by the authority across the country. SBI has released the tentative list of the exam centers. SBI has the right to cancel any of the exam centers according to its convenience. The request related to the change of exam center will not be entertained.

SBI PO 2018 Exam Pattern

Exam Pattern for Mains Exams: The candidates who obtained the minimum qualifying marks in the prelim exams were called for the Mains exams. It was an objective type paper and descriptive paper both. Descriptive Test:
It contained the questions as Essay Writing and Letter Writing. Each question contained 50 marks and it had to be completed in 30 minutes.
Group Exercises and Interview: The group exercise will be of 20 marks and the interview will contain 30 marks.
SBI PO 2018 Selection Process
The candidates will have to go through the three phases. First, they appeared in Prelim then the candidates who got the minimum qualifying marks were shortlisted for Mains exam. After that, the candidates will have to go through the GE & Interview.
Final Selection: The candidates will be selected finally on the basis of the performance in Mains and GE & Interview. The marks of Prelims will not be added for preparing the final merit list. The marks obtained in Objective and Descriptive will be added to the marks of GE & Interview. Candidates must qualify the phase-I and II separately. The marks obtained by the candidate in Mains will be converted to out of 75 and in Group Exercises & Interview will be converted to out of 25. Then the final merit list will be prepared by combining both marks and it will be calculated out of 100.
SBI PO 2018 Joining/ Training and Career Path
Before the joining, the candidates will be taught about the basic banking knowledge through the online course. it is mandatory for the candidates to join that course.
The selected candidates will have to sign a bond of serving the bank for three years. They will have to make the bond by signing the amount of 2 lakhs as the penalty. On the joining date, they will get the joining letter in which it will be mentioned that their probation time will be of 2 years. They will be subjected to continuous assessment during the probation period. If the candidates will qualify those assessments then they will be appointed permanently. Otherwise, their service will be terminated.

The candidates who belong to SC/ ST/ Religious Minority Community may join the pre-examination training arranged by SBI at their own cost. Candidates can get the training in one of the centres:

SBI PO 2018 Result
The result of SBI PO 2018 Recruitment will be released online on the official website bank.sbi/careers or http://www.sbi.co.in/careers. To check the result, the candidates will have to log in to the website by using the credentials such as Registration Number and the Password. The result will be available in the pdf format. The result will be released one by one for each stage.
Phase-I (Preliminary Exam): SBI announced the result for the Prelim Exam. The merit list released category wise on the basis of the marks obtained in Prelims. In each category, candidates were shortlisted 10 times the numbers of vacancies.
Phase-II (Mains Exam): The candidates who will be shortlisted for the Mains Exam will get their results on the basis of the marks obtained in both objective and descriptive test. Merit List will be released category wise. In each category, candidates will be shortlisted 3 times the numbers of vacancies.
Phase-III (GE & Interview): After that, The shortlisted candidates will be able to appear in the Group Exercises and Interview and they will also get the result on the official website. In this phase, the candidates belonging to the non-creamy layer of OBC must submit the caste certificate.
