Marks obtained in SSC MTS Result 2017 of Paper I is now available. Candidates can check marks by logging in with roll number or registration ID.
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) had conducted Paper I of Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) exam in September and October 2017 in computer-based test mode. Thereafter its result was announced on January 15, 2018. Now SSC has announced SSC MTS Result 2017 Marks on February 27, 2018. Candidates can login to check marks and view them until March 26, 2018.

The notice says
Paper-I of Multi Tasking (Non Technical) Staff Examination 2016 was held in the months of September and October, 2017 in Computer Based Mode. Result of the above said examination was declared on 15.1.2018.
2. Candidature of the following 6 candidates were rejected due to unfair means and other reasons. Result of these candidates has not been processed:

Candidates may note that SSC has also conducted Paper 2. Paper 2 was held on January 28, 2018. Now result of SSC MTS 2017 of Paper 2 will be announced on March 31, 2018.
Interesting statistics of SSC MTS Recruitment
Number of candidates who appeared in Paper 1:- 19,96,411.
Number of candidates who qualified Paper 1 to appear in Paper 2:- 1,59,182.
Number of candidates who appeared in Paper 2:- 1,43,657.
Number of vacancies:- 10,300.
Number of candidates who have been called for document verification:- 23,511.
Candidates may note that those who have been called for document verification need to score qualifying marks (17.5 for UR, 16.5 for other categories).
Paper-II of this examination is mandatory, but only of qualifying nature. The candidates must appear in this paper which is of 50 marks, however marks obtained in this paper is not taken into account for preparing the merit list of the candidates for final selection. As per the Notice of the Examination, the candidates are required to only qualify in this paper.
