Each full-length test follows the CDS pattern: 100 questions in 120 minutes, +1 for a correct answer and −0.33 for a wrong one (100 marks in all).

How to use the CDS mock tests

Sit one full-length test first, in a single 120-minute sitting, before you revise anything — it shows where you actually stand.
Note the section that cost you the most marks per minute, then work its section-wise test (Elementary Mathematics, English, General Knowledge, General Knowledge Hindi and Elementary Mathematics Hindi) until that score moves.
Mind the marking: at +1/−0.33 with four options, a blind guess only about breaks even, while ruling out one option makes a guess clearly worth it.
Compare your score with the CDS cut off — and aim to clear it with a margin.
Alternate mocks with the CDS previous year papers: mocks train speed, real papers show what the examiner actually asks.
