How to use the CMS mock tests
- Sit one full-length test first, in a single 70-minute sitting, before you revise anything — it shows where you actually stand.
- Note the section that cost you the most marks per minute, then work its section-wise test (CMSE) until that score moves.
- Mind the marking: at +1/−0.33 with four options, a blind guess only about breaks even, while ruling out one option makes a guess clearly worth it.
- Compare your score with the CMS cut off — and aim to clear it with a margin.
- Alternate mocks with the CMS previous year papers: mocks train speed, real papers show what the examiner actually asks.
