How to use the IAS mock tests
- Sit one full-length test first, in a single 120-minute sitting, before you revise anything — it shows where you actually stand.
- Mind the marking: at +2/−0.66 with four options, a blind guess only about breaks even, while ruling out one option makes a guess clearly worth it.
- Compare your score with the IAS cut off — the latest published figures are for 2025 — and aim to clear it with a margin.
- Alternate mocks with the IAS previous year papers: mocks train speed, real papers show what the examiner actually asks.
