APSSB Recruitment 2020 Selection Process
The selection procedure of APSSB recruitment 2020 is a multi stage process. Candidates are shortlisted through rigorous physical testing rounds at first. Check out the detailed selection process of APSSB Recruitment 2020 below.
- APSSB Recruitment 2020 adopts a selection process based on physical test and subsequent tests of trade knowledge. The preliminary selection is conducted through a Physical Standard Test (PST) and a Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for all post codes.
- Candidates qualifying in the PST and PET are required to undertake a written examination to be selected. The syllabus and exam scheme varies for different posts. The question paper is objective type Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) based for all postcodes.
- Candidates applying for the postcodes 67/20, 70/20 and 71/20 are additionally required to take a trade test before the written test. The trade test carries 100 marks.
- Qualifying candidates in the selection process are called up for the document verification. Candidates are required to produce specified list of original supporting documents at the final document verification stage to be appointed into the applicable posts.

APSSB Recruitment 2020 Admit Card
Admit cards for the written exam of the APSSB Recruitment 2020 are issued through the website of the Board. APSSB specifies that admit cards are not sent to the candidates by any medium. Candidates must visit the official website to download the admit card when released. It is mandatory to carry a print out of the issued admit card to the examination center. In addition, candidates must also carry a government issued photo identity proof to the examination center.
