Assam SLET Admit Card 2018 has been issued by the State Level Eligibility Test Commission Assam (NE Region) on their official website. Candidates who have submitted their application form correctly or completely on time are now able to download their Admit Card. Candidates are advised to carefully cross-check details in the admit card and Carry one hard copy of admit card with them at the examination center. The date of availability of Admit Card is January 16, 2018. Assam SLET 2018 will be held on February 04, 2018. Notification: It is for information of all Candidates that the Roll Nos of candidates will be uploaded in the website No. sletneonline.co.in and the candidates may download their respective Admit Card w.e.f. 16th January/2018. The Candidates of other University Centres will have to report at the University for ascertaining the Venue of the exam. For the Candidates of Gauhati University Centre the following venues are selected. The Candidates will have to report at the respective venues. The Centres and the Venues are indicated in the Admit Card.

The Test will consist of three papers. There will be no negative marking. All the three papers will have only objective type questions of the following forms:
- Multiple Choice
- Assertion and Reasoning
- True and False
The test will be held on a day in two separate sessions.
Paper – I shall be of general subject, intended to assess the teaching/research aptitude of the candidate. It will primarily be designed to test reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness of the candidate. Sixty (60) objective type questions of two marks each will be given, out of which the candidate would be required to answer any fifty (50). In the event of the candidate attempting more than fifty questions, the first fifty questions attempted by the candidate would be evaluated.
Paper – II shall consist of 50 objective type compulsory questions based on the subject. Each question will carry 2 marks.
Paper – III shall consist of 75 objective type compulsory questions from the subject. Each question will carry 2 marks. All questions of Paper – II and Paper – III are compulsory, covering entire syllabus (including all electives, without options)

It is endeavoured to make atleast one centre in each constituent University of the SLET Commission with a minimum 25 candidates. If the number falls short of this in a centre, then the candidates of that centre will be attached to the nearest centre.
