Assam SLET Admit Card 2018 will be issued by the State Level Eligibility Test Commission Assam (NE Region) on their official website. Candidates who have submitted their application form correctly or completely on time will be able to download their Admit Card. The date of availability of Admit Card is yet to be announced. Assam SLET 2018 will be held on 04 Feb 2018.
Assam SLET Admit Card is also known as Hall Ticket / Call Letter and it should be carried on the day of examination by candidates, along with an identity proof.

Pattern & Syllabus of Examination
Important: Besides the subjects of last year, 5 new subjects are also introduced in SET, 2018. These are Arabic, Persian, Law, Computer Science and Environmental Science. The examination will be held in the same pattern like that of the other subjects.
The Test will consists of three papers. There will be no negative marking. All the three papers will have only objective type questions of the following forms:
- Multiple Choice
- Assertion and Reasoning
- True and False
The test will be held on a day in two separate sessions.
Paper – I shall be of general subject, intended to assess the teaching/ research aptitude of the candidate. It will primarily be designed to test reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness of the candidate. Sixty (60) objective type questions of two marks each will be given, out of which the candidate would be required to answer any fifty (50). In the event of the candidate attempting more than fifty questions, the first fifty questions attempted by the candidate
would be evaluated.
Paper – II shall consist of 50 objective type compulsory questions based on the subject. Each question will carry 2 marks.
Paper – III shall consist of 75 objective type compulsory questions from the subject. Each question will carry 2 marks. All questions of Paper – II and Paper – III are compulsory, covering entire syllabus (including all electives, without options).

It is endeavoured to make atleast one centre in each constituent University of the SLET Commission with a minimum 25 candidates. If the number falls short of this in a centre, then the candidates of that centre will be attached to the nearest centre.

Change of Test Centres
Application for change of Test centre on plain paper will be received by the SLET Commission office within 07 (working) days of last date of submission of forms. The centre change fees is Rs. 300/- per candidate. The application for change of centre must be forwarded by the Coordinator of the original centre. along with the Centre change fee. No request for change of centre will be accepted by the SLET Commission after the specified date.
