Bihar Amin 2021 Admit Card
BCECEB releases admit card only for those candidates whose applications get successfully verified and approved. Bihar Amin Recruitment 2021 admit card is released online on the official website of BCECEB, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Candidates can download their admit cards by visiting the website and providing their registration number and date of birth on Admit Card Download portal. Candidates must check all the details on the admit card and report to the nodal officer, in case of a discrepancy. However, the same can be done only upto 4 days before the exam date on a working day between 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM.

Bihar Amin 2021 Application Form
The application forms for the exam to be conducted for Bihar Amin Recruitment 2021 releases on the website of Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board. The fee payment can be done in following 2 modes:
- Online: Using a debit card, credit card or net-banking.
- Offline (NEFT Challan): Candidates can download and print challan and pay the fee by submitting cash at any bank branch.
Candidates must wait for 24 hours for payment update if the fee is paid by challan. If payment does not get updated post 24 hours, candidates must send the scanned copy of challan to [email protected] before the last date.
Image Specifications: The photograph should be a recent and colored one. The scanned copies of photo, signature and other documents must be uploaded in jpg or pdf format.
Postponement of Bihar Amin Recruitment 2021
BCECEB has postponed the Bihar Amin 2021 (Anchal Amin, Land Reforms Deputy Collector Office, Land Acquisition Directorate) CBT exam. As per the report published in TOI, the reason behind postponing the Bihar Amin Recruitment 2021 was the huge number of applications. The vacancy announced was for 1767 posts, whereas the board received the 5.7 lakh applications. In order to conduct the CBT for Bihar Amin Recruitment 2021, Board has to create a merit list of 20,000 candidates. The merit list of selected candidates will be prepared on the basis of skills and work experience they have.
Candidates are also asked to make the necessary corrections in their application form, in order to avoid any confusion/issue in further stages. Aspirants are also directed to check the documents that they have uploaded. Attached documents should have to be correct and uploaded in the prescribed format. Discrepancy in the submitted application form might lead to severe actions against the applicant.
Eligibility Criteria to Apply
The candidates must ensure the fulfilment of eligibility criteria, prescribed by the board, before filling the application form and appearing for Bihar Amin Recruitment 2021 examination. Check the detailed eligibility criteria here.
Nationality: The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
Educational Qualification: The candidate must have passed intermediate (class 12) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board/institution.
Medical fitness: Candidates need to be mentally and physically fit for the job. They need to produce a Medical Fitness Certificate to prove their eligibility.
Age: The candidates must be minimum 18 years old. Check the upper age limit from the following list:

Candidates will be shortlisted for online CBT exam on the basis of their qualifying exam scores and marks allotted to work experience. Candidates equal to 10 times the number of vacancies are shortlisted for the exam. Experienced Amin under state government will get marks for experience out of a total of 25 marks. Each years experience counts for 5 marks.
Bihar Amin 2021 Cut Off
The candidates need to secure the minimum qualifying marks prescribed by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board. This cut off percentage varies for different categories. Bihar Amin 2021 Result
The result will be declared after the online exam has been successfully conducted. A merit list will be prepared for the shortlisted candidates on the basis of their exam scores and scores allotted to work experience. The work experience is rounded off as follows: experience of more than 6 months is considered as 1 year and that of less than 6 months is rounded off to 0 years.
Tie-breaker: In case of 2 or more candidates having the same score in CBT exam, a tie-breaking criteria is followed. Ranking will be decided in the following priority order
- Higher marks in Section-A
- Higher marks in Section-B
- Candidate older in age
Counselling Procedure of Bihar Amin
The shortlisted candidates whose names appear in the merit list, published by the board, are invited for an interview round. Such candidates will be notified for the interview schedule and time through the notice published on the board’s website or advertisements in the newspapers. The candidates need to carry their original documents to the counselling centres. During the counselling (interview) process, the candidate’s documents will be verified and cross-checked against the information furnished in the application form.
