Delhi Metro Rail cooperation (DMRC) has released the notice regarding the scorecards and final answer sheet of the candidates that appeared in the examination. The candidates can access their scorecard from the link provided on the website or through the direct link provided above.
DMRC Recruitment 2020 Selection Procedure
The selection procedure for different posts released by DMRC is different. Candidates can refer to the selection procedure for each post below.
For executive posts (for postcodes RE01 to RE09 and CE01 to CE05)

Here is the details explanation about each stage of the selection procedure
- Computer based test – Two paper – Paper-I and Paper-II are organized under CBT. Both the papers are conducted on the same day at the same center. Multiple choice questions are asked in both the papers.
- Psycho test – This test is qualifying in nature and is conducted for customer relation only. Candidates have to bear negative marking for marking any incorrect answer.
- Skill test – Candidates applied for stenographer have to undergo skill test which is qualifying in nature. Candidates are given one dictation for 10 minutes in English at the speed of 80 WPM. The transcription is organised for 40 minutes (English).
- Medical examination – All the candidates have to undergo medical examination and meet the medical standards as prescribed by DMRC. Applicants who have undergone Lasik surgery are not eligible except legal assistant, stores assistant, assistant/CC, office assistant, stenographer, and assistant programmer.

DMRC Recruitment 2020 Probation and Pay Scale
After final selection, candidates have to undergo a probation of 2 years. Under these 2 years, the candidates’ training period is also included. The cooperation, however, has the right to enhance or reduce the training period for any or all trainee. During the probation period, candidates have to take the various examination. The service of the candidates during the probation period can be terminated by the cooperation if the candidate’s performance is found to be unsatisfactory.
Selected candidates are provided with pay scale and other benefits. Candidates are provided with HRA or lease, medical benefits, gratuity, insurance, etc as per extant rules of cooperation as applicable to direct recruit employees.
