Federal Bank Clerk/Officer Admit Card 2017

The Federal Bank had conducted an Online Aptitude Test for recruiting eligible candidates as Officers & Clerks in the bank. The application process for the same has started from 23 Aug 2017. The candidates registered until September 4, 2017. However, the examination for the recruitment held in the as per date announced on admit card. The applicants who applied for the examination had to appear for the Online examination on the prescribed dates. The exam took place in multiple stages.

To appear in the examination, the candidate needs to obtain a call letter from the official website of the Federal Bank. The admit card will only be issued to those candidates who successfully cleared the written exam for the recruitment. The article consists of the information about how to download the admit card, exam pattern for both the posts and related important dates for the Federal Bank 2017 Recruitment.

Federal Bank Recruitment 2017 Call Letter

The call letter for the Federal Bank Recruitment 2017 is made available on the official website of Federal Bank at federalbank.co.in However the intimation of the call letter will be sent through email or SMS to the registered email ID or phone number of the candidate. The admit card shall contain the Date, Time and Venue of the examination. candidates reporting late at the examination centre than the time mentioned in the call letter, the candidate may not be allowed to sit in the examination. His candidature shall also be subject to disqualification. The exam will be conducted online at venue indicated in the respective call letter of the individual candidate. The important dates for the recruitment are given below in the table.

How to download the Call Letter for Federal Bank Recruitment 2017?

The information of the call letter for the examination is given through SMS or email. The call letter for the Online Aptitude test is made available on the official website of Federal Bank. Candidates just need to click on the link that is given above. After that they need to follow the following steps:

  • After clicking on the link candidates will be directed to download the call letter.
  • Candidate must enter the (i) Registration Number/Roll Number, (ii) Password/Date of Birth in the spaces provided for the purpose for downloading the call letter.
  • After downloading the call letter, candidates must take a printout of it.
  • On the printout of the call letter affix a recent recognizable passport size photograph preferably same as uploaded in the online application form.

Things to be carried on the day of examination

Candidates must carry the (i) call letter to the examination hall along with the (ii) Photo Identity Proof such as PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ Photo identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer.

Biometric Data

On the day of examination for Federal Bank recruitment 2017, the biometric (thumb impression) and a photograph of the candidate will be captured. The biometric data and the photograph of the candidate will be verified eventually. The decision of the biometric (match or mismatch) will finally be taken by the authority and binding upon the candidates. The candidates are advised to take care of the following points as mentioned below:

  • Thoroughly wash the fingers, if in case they are coated with stamped ink, mehndi or any colour before the start of the examination.
  • Candidates must ensure that the fingers of both the hands are dry and clean.
  • Dirty or dusty fingers must be washed and dried before the fingerprint (biometric) is captured.
  • Immediately notify to the concerned authority if in case primary finger (thumb) to be captured is injured or damaged.

Test Centers for the Online Aptitude Test

The online aptitude test for the Federal Bank recruitment 2017 will be conducted at the following test centres in the country. Exam pattern

The Online Aptitude Test for both the posts (officer and clerk) will consist of 6 section. The examination for the officer in the Federal Bank will be of 150 marks. Whereas the examination for the clerk position in the bank will be of 90 marks. There will be negative marking in the test. For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted and for every right answer, 1 mark will be awarded. The exam pattern for both the post is given below.
