About HPSC HCS 2021
The Haryana Public Service Commission conducts the state level Civil Services recruitment exam in the state of Haryana every year. In 2021, the HPSC is conducting the HCS (Executive Branch) and Other Allied Services recruitment exam to fill up vacancies for various Group A & B posts in departments/services of the state government. A total of 156 vacancies are notified for the HPSC HCS 2021 exam.
The Haryana Civil Services exam comprises of two stages of written exam and a final personal interview for selection. The first stage is the Preliminary test which consist of two papers. Candidates have to qualify in the Paper-II compulsorily and based on the merit in Paper-I, candidates are shortlisted for the Main exam. While the Prelims are an objective type test, the Main exam is a descriptive test.
