IBPS RRB 2016 refers to Regional Rural Bank recruitment. IBPS RRB 2016 Notification was published in the first week of September by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. As per notification, aspirants can apply online for IBPS RRB 2016 CWE V within a time window of around two weeks. On basis of IBPS RRB Result, banks will select candidates for post of Group A Officers (Scale I, II, and III) and Group B Office Assistants (Multipurpose). Exam conducting body will hold online exams in November and December 2016. About IBPS RRB – For the post of Office Assistants (multi purpose) there will be online preliminary exam followed by mains. Whereas for the post of Officer Scale I, candidates have to clear prelims, mains and then interviews. IBPS RRB 2016 Online Application Form

You can apply for Office Assistant and Officer, both. However you can select only one scale among Officers Scale I, II, and III. Submit IBPS RRB 2016 application form before last date. Any application after last date will not be accepted. Candidates should understand eligibility criteria before applying. It is equally important that you enter correct and verifiable data in form. IBPS RRB 2016 Admit Card

IBPS RRB Admit Card 2016 will be issued to applicants as per schedule. One can download it at www.ibps.in prior to exam date. In addition, the institute will also publish call letters for pre examination training. PET call letters however are only for those candidates who are eligible to appear in PET and they have selected option to appear in PET in form. Only after result of IBPS RRB 2016, exam conducting body releases mains exam admit card for qualified candidates.

  • Download IBPS RRB 2016 admit card from ibps.in. You can use registration number and date of birth or password in order to log in.
  • Keep call letter safely till end of recruitment process.
  • On day exam, carry official IBPS RRB admit card along with photo identity proof.

Once you have downloaded call letter, note exam day instructions and exam center. Also check that everything is correct in it.

IBPS RRB 2016 Result

Exam conducting body will hold online preliminary and mains exams in November, and December 2016 respectively. As there are a large number of test takers, IBPS may take some time, like a few weeks, to announce IBPS RRB result. You can check result of IBPS RRB 2016 online at www.ibps.in as soon as IBPS announces the same. For the purpose of determining who to qualify, IBPS is to fix cut off for each stage of selection.

IBPS RRB Cut Off

Cut off of IBPS RRB 2016 will be known after final results. In the meantime you can check last year’s IBPS RRB cut off.

Note: Last year there was only one stage of exam. This time there are prelims, and mains. Hence use last year cut off data only for reference. Do not use it to set target for performance in exam.

IBPS RRB 2016 Eligibility Criteria

Age (As on 01.09.2016)

Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – Between 18 years and 28 years. In other words candidates should have not been born earlier than 02.09.1988 and later than 01.09.1998 (both dates inclusive).

Officer Scale I – Above 18 years. Below 30 years. To put it another way, candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.09.1986 and later than 31.08.1998 (both dates inclusive).

Officer Scale II – Above 21 years. Below 32 years. To put it differently, candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.09.1984 and later than 31.08.1995 (both dates inclusive).

Officer Scale III – Above 21 years. Below 40 years. In other words, candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.09.1976 and later than 31.08.1995 (both dates inclusive).
