IndusInd Bank in alliance with NextGen Academy is conducting a program to recruit interested candidates as BDEs. Candidates who clear the personal interview and the 09 weeks program are then appointed as Business Development Executive (trainee). The candidates then need to work as trainees for 11 months during which they will be trained to be eligible for the post of BDE. The candidates are then awarded with offer letters and appointed at various IndusInd bank branches in Raipur district.

The 9 weeks program is a paid program co-organized by the NextGen academy. The program fee is Rs. 45000 which is to be paid in online mode. The candidates are then rewarded with 11 months of training as BDE and a job offer. During the 09 weeks time, 06 weeks is dedicated to On Job Training during which candidates are paid up to ₹10,000.
