The applicants are ONLY required to take a print-out of Admit Card to appear in the exam from the ONLINE portal. The candidates are NOT required to send any hard copy, anywhere, including that of his application filled up online, any documents or Admit Card.
The applicants are required to ensure that the following details appear on the Admit Card print-out:
- Name and Roll No.
- Clear Colour photo for Identification purpose
- Legible signature
- Clear Left Thumb Impression
- Complete address of the Centre
Rejection of Candidature
Candidates are requested to read all instructions carefully &thoroughly before applying. Their applications, otherwise, are likely to be rejected on one or more of the following reasons. The application or candidature of the candidate may be rejected for any of the following reasons:
- Incomplete Application
- Does not possess the prescribed qualification to undergo the trade apprenticeship in Ordnance factories on closing date of on-line application.
- Over aged or under aged or Date of Birth not filled or wrongly filled.
- Double or multiple applications submitted.
- Application without colour photo, colour photo with cap, wearing goggles, disfigured, unrecognizable or unclear or unidentifiable photo.
- Candidate’s name is figuring in the debarred list.
After the Examination
After the written examination is over, the question paper and answer keys will be uploaded on the website within 2 days. If any candidate wants to contest the uploaded answer keys, the candidate can do so within 07 days along with supporting documents ONLY after paying the prescribed fees of Rs 100/- for each question contested online. After the stipulated period is over, no contest shall be entertained.
