How to use these papers

2. Score it with 1/3 negative marking applied — that is the number that matters, and it changes how aggressively you should guess.

Why shift-wise papers matter

RRB exams run across many days and shifts with different papers, which is why marks are normalised. Working through several shifts gives a far better sense of the true difficulty band than any single paper.
