Rajasthan 3rd Grade Teacher Recruitment 2016 – Department of Education, Government of Rajasthan has announced 15000 vacancies for Grade 3 Teachers. Two separate notifications have been released. First notification is for Rajasthan 3rd Grade Teacher Recruitment 2016 in TSP regions for which there are 2656 vacancies. Other notification is for Non TSP regions for which there are 12344 vacancies. In all, there are 15000 teacher vacancy in Rajasthan.

Merit list will be prepared to select candidates only for those who have qualified Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test (RTET) / Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) by scoring qualifying marks. Eligible candidates can apply online at http://education.rajasthan.gov.in/tgtrecruitment/.

Rajasthan 3rd Grade Primary Teacher Recruitment 2016 rules and regulations are in tuned with Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act 1994, and Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules 1996. Number of vacancies for 3^rd Grade Primary School Teachers to teach classes I to V are 7500, and for Upper Primary School Teachers to teach classes VI to VIII there are 7500, total 15000 vacancies. Candidates who are interested for Rajasthan Teachers Recruitment 2016 can apply online. For vacancies specific to TSP region, only those who belong to Tribal Sub Plane are eligible to apply. Rajasthan 3^rd Grade Teacher Vacancy 2016 details are given in official website. In fact vacancy is elaborated subject-wise and level-wise. Candidates can apply online from 11.07.2016 at www.education.rajasthan.gov.in/tgtrecruitment.

Candidate must indicate order of preference for district for recruitment. For non TSP, there will be options for 31 districts to chose from. Similarly for TSP region there will be 5 districts to chose from.

Rajasthan 3rd Grade Teacher Eligibility 2016

In order to be included in the merit list for Primary School Teacher and Upper Primary School Teacher, candidate must have obtained 60% marks minimum passing marks in RTET / REET. However, as per Rajya Sarkar Act no. F.7 (I) EE / Plan / 2011 dated 29.8.2012, minimum passing marks is 36% for scheduled tribe candidates from scheduled areas. Nevertheless, for RTET held before this act was passed, RTET 2011, this act will not be applicable.

Of all three exams held as Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) 2015 and Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test (RTET) 2011 and 2012, maximum marks among them will be considered for making merit list.

• If a candidate is eligible for both Primary School Teacher (I – V) and Upper Primary School Teache (VI – VIII) and wishes to apply for both, then such a candidate will have to fill separate application forms for both posts and pay application fee separately for each post.
• If candidate has filled more than application form for Primary School Teacher then last filled form will be accepted.

Rajasthan 3^rd Grade Teacher Recruitment Result and Merit List 2016

As mentioned in notification, merit list be compiled for RTET / REET qualified candidates. Whereas RTET was held in 2011 and 2012, REET was held in 2015. Marks obtained in REET or RTET is significant for two reasons.

• First of all, unless candidate has had minimum passing marks in RTET / REET, candidate will not be eligible for Rajasthan 3rd Grade Teacher Recruitment 2016-2017.
• Then, maximum marks obtained in RTET and REET will be used for determining merit of candidates.

Insofar it is known that only merit list will be used for selection. If there are too many number of candidates then the recruiting body may decide to add selection stages. Usually, selection in such cases is done through interview or written exam. If and when such a decision is taken, relevant notice will be posted. As of now candidate should focus on keeping application form details safely for Rajasthan 3rd Grade Teacher Recruitment 2016 for Primary School Teache (PS) or Upper Primary School Teacher (UPS).
