RPF Constable Document Verification 2019 – The third phase of the RPF Constable recruitment process is the RPF Constable Document Verification 2019. Students who are going to clear the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT) will be eligible to appear for the Document Verification process. All the certificates should be either in English or Hindi. In case the documents are not in the prescribed language then he /she should get it translated and present the same during the time of document verification. What is Document Verification?
Document verification is a process in which the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) checks whether the candidate is eligible for the appointment or not. RRB does not verify the educational and eligibility conditions of the candidate while filling the application form. It does this process during the time of document verification only. The Appointment letter will be given to the candidates when he / she has passed the medical fitness examination which is going to be conducted by the Railway Administration after the verification of documents and other certificates as well.
RPF Constable Document Verification 2019: Eligibility Criteria

- As per the performance in CBT, qualified candidates will be called for PET / PMT. Candidates qualifying PET round are going to be called for the process of document verification.
- This round is very important as candidates who do not attend this round will not be considered for the final selection procedure.
- The final selection of the candidates will be subjected on passing the Medical Fitness Test and final verification of the documents and successful conduction of initial training.
Documents to be submitted at the Time of RPF Constable Document Verification

RPF Constable Selection Process
Candidates who wish to be recruited for the post of RPF constable are required to first appear for CBT. Those who will qualify CBT have to undergo Physical Efficiency Test (PET). As PET / PMT is qualifying in nature so, candidates qualifying this round and whose make to the final merit list will be called for the process of document verification. For this round, candidates have to be present with the relevant documents on the allotted day of verification. If 2 or more candidates obtain same marks then there shall be a tie resolving criteria in which older student will be given the preference over the younger one.
After the conduction of Document Verification, candidates have to appear for the Medical fitness test. The appointment of the candidates will be based upon this round. If a candidate will be found unfit then his / her candidature will be rejected. Students wearing glasses, flat foot, knock knee, squint eyes, color blindness etc. shall not be eligible to be recruited for the post of RPF Constable. It is compulsory for the candidates to qualify this round under “B-1” Category in order to be eligible for the appointment.

Admit Card: Candidates must ensure that they carry the admit card for them during the process of document verification. As it has been advised to the candidates to keep the admit card till the time admission process gets over completely. Admit Card is a crucial document as it contains important information related to the exam. So, students should get it laminated to make sure it does not get tampered.
Travel Pass: Candidates belonging to reserved category (SC / ST) must present their category certificate to avail the facility of free of cost railway pass during the time of document verification. The facility of travel pass will only be valid for candidates travelling by train. Candidates who do not have valid documents will not be eligible to get the travel pass.
Certificates: Candidates belonging to the reserved category such as OBC, SC, and ST, Minority or who are eligible to get fee waiver must submit the certificates in the prescribed. Candidates who will fail to submit the documents will be considered in the general category.
