Steps to Upload the Documents for RRB Group D DV Round 2019
It is mandatory for the candidates to upload the documents in the respective websites of the RRCs before coming for the round of Document Verification. Aspirants can follow the steps listed below to know the step by step procedure.
- Visit the RRC website or click on the links given in the above table.
- Next, click on the appropriate link ” Click here to upload the relevant documents before coming for Document Verification”
- Candidates must keep their Aadhar number and PAN number handy while filling the registration form.
- Now, click on the option of “Start Registration Form”.
- Then, fill up the registration form. After that, click on the “next” button.
- Fill in the Bank details, Bank Nominee, Document uploads and Confirmation. Before appearing for the round of document verification, candidates must ensure that they upload the documents as per the format.
How to Download the Group D Document Verification Admit Card 2019.

- Next, click on the appropriate link of the “Call letter for Document Verification CEN 02/2018”.
- Enter the roll number and date of birth. After entering the login details, click on the submit button.

RRB Group D Document Verification and Empanelment 2019
In RRB Group D Document Verification round, the documents of the candidates are checked. RRB conducts this round to check that the candidate is eligible to be appointed for the concerned post or not. The verification and identification of the candidate are not done during the process of the application form. It is compulsory for the candidates to carry the documents in the prescribed format on the specified day of document verification. Failure of submission of the relevant documents will lead to the cancellation of the candidature. The final appointment of the candidates is done after passing the medical fitness test conducted at the Railway Hospitals.
RRB Group D Document Verification 2019: Eligibility Conditions
Candidates can check the pointers listed below to know the eligibility criteria for the RRB Group D document Verification.
- The selection of the candidates for the round of document verification is done on the basis of their performance in CBT and PET.
- It is mandatory for the candidates to be physically present for this round. In case, a candidate fails to be a part of this round then he / she will not be eligible to be recruited for the post applied.
- There shall also be a tie resolving criteria in case 2 or more candidates obtain equal marks. The merit will be determined by the Date of Birth. Candidates of older age will be given preference over the younger one.
Documents Required for RRB Group D Document Verification 2019
A candidate must submit all the documents listed by the RRB for the Document Verification Day. A candidate must present the Original version of the documents along with 2 sets of the self-attested photocopies of the documents. Many of these certificates are only applicable for candidates who have claimed the reservation category or special status. RRB Group D Selection Process
RRB Group D Selection Process involves three stages, a CBT, then a PET and finally the Document Verification. Candidates need to make it to the merit list in order to be eligible for the PET round. Students who qualify the PET and then make it to the Final Merit List are called for a Document Verification process. This process determines the appointment of a candidate and there is a thorough attestation of the original documents. The process checks the educational qualifications, name, parent’s name, date of birth, reservation claims, etc. If a document is found missing, the candidature of a candidate is canceled.
The Document Verification round furthers shortlists candidates and then finally the candidates have to undergo the Medical Verification process. The Final Merit List for Document Verification is prepared on the basis of the qualification of the PET and the performance in the RRB Group D CBT examination. Only after the successful Medical verification, the candidates are eligible for the appointment.
