Selection Process
For Advt No. 31/Estt./HCS
For the posts of Assistant Registrat and Reader, examination will be held in two phases:-
- Written Examination and
- Viva-Voce.
Candidates who qualify in the written examination by securing an aggregate of 40% marks will be selected and called for vivavoce. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the written as well as in viva-voce.
For the post of Private Secretary, examination will be held in three phases:-
- Written Examination,
- Practical Examination (Shorthand, Typing and Computer Application)
- Viva-Voce.
Candidates who qualify in the written examination will be selected and called for Practical Examination (Shorthand, Typing and Computer Application) as the case may be and the candidates who qualify both in (1) and (2) will be called for vivavoce. Final selection will be made on the basis of combined marks secured by the candidates in (1), (2) and (3) above.
For Advt No. 32/Estt./HCS
Selection for the above posts will be done on the bases of following rounds
- Written Examination,
- Practical Examination (Shorthand, Typing and Computer Application)
- Viva-Voce.
Candidates who qualify in the written examination will be selected and called for Practical Examination (Shorthand, Typing and Computer Application) as the case may be and the candidates who qualify both in (1) and (2) will be called for viva voice. Final selection will be made on the basis of combined marks secured by the candidates in (1), (2) and (3) above.
