SSC Stenographer Answer Key 2017
The examination consists of 50 marks worth questions on General intelligence and reasoning, 50 marks questions on General awareness, and 100 marks questions on English language and comprehension. There is negative marking of 0.25 marks for incorrect answer.

How to Calculate Score through SSC Stenographer Answer Key 2017
To calculate the marks through the SSC Steno Group C and D Answer Key, the candidates must know the marking scheme of the examination.
The Marking Scheme of SSC Stenographer 2017 Computer Based Examination:
- Marks per question – 1 marks
- Negative marking per incorrect question – 0.25
- Total questions are 200 – Hence total marks in the exam are 200
Now that the candidates know the marking scheme of SSC Stenographer 2017, it will become easy to calculate score by using the answer key. All that the candidates need to do is cross check the answers marked in the exam with that mentioned in the answer key of SSC Stenographer 2017.

SSC Stenographer Grade C and D Cut Off
The candidates are termed qualified on the basis of the cutoff. The SSC Stenographer cutoff marks are the minimum marks which the candidates must secure in order to qualify the examination. The candidates who will clear the cutoff will be called for the Skill Test. The SSC Stenographer Cut Off will be decided by the Staff Selection Commission broadly based on the following factors.

SSC Stenographer Result 2017
The result of SSC Stenographer 2017 will be released online, in a pdf format. The Result PDF will contain the Roll Number, Category, and the Name of the qualified candidates. The result will be announced separately for the written examination and the skill test.
When the skill test will be held and the final selection will be made, SSC will release the Marks Statement. It will also be announced as PDF file, which will contain Roll Number, Name, Category, Date of Birth, Total Marks, etc.
SSC Stenographer Group C and D Selection Process: The candidates should note that for the selection, the qualifiers of written exam will be called for the Skill Test. Those who will get through the Skill Test will be recruited on the basis of their marks in the Computer Based Examination. The appointment in the Department will be done on the basis of the merit position and the options submitted by the candidates.
