There is no CG TET admit card to download right now: the last one, for CG TET 2025 (TET26), was put on the Vyapam website on 23 January 2026 for the exam held on 1 February 2026. The next CG TET is listed for 26 September 2027 in the exam calendar the Chhattisgarh Staff Selection Board (CGSSB) issued on 31 August 2026, so that exam's admit card is the next one due.
When will the next CG TET admit card come?
No release date has been announced. The CGSSB exam calendar for 2027 fixes only the exam day, 26 September 2027. For guidance, look at TET26: the board's TET26 exam instructions (13 November 2025) said the admit card would be uploaded about 7 days before the exam and named 23 January 2026 as the release date. The TET24 instructions had said 7 to 10 days before the exam.
How to download the CG TET admit card
- The admit card is not a separate public link: you download it from inside your Vyapam profile. It is not sent by post.
- It is issued strictly on the basis of your online application, including any changes made in the correction window, and the result is likewise issued on the application data.
- Download the complete admit card and take its printout to the centre. The board's updated centre instructions of 21 April 2026 ask candidates to print every page on one side only, because the board's copy is deposited at the centre for each exam.
- Keep it after the exam. Vyapam told TET26 candidates to keep the admit card safely even after the exam, and the April 2026 instructions add that it is asked for at selection or admission and will not be issued again.
- Trouble finding your centre: helpline 0771-2972780 or mobile 8269801982, 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
What to check on the admit card
In TET26 both papers were held on the same day: Paper I (to teach classes I to V) ran in the morning shift from 9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., and Paper II (classes VI to VIII) in the afternoon from 3:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. Centres were at 20 district headquarters, from Surguja (Ambikapur) to Surajpur, each with a coordinating college whose phone number is listed in the instructions. Check the paper, shift timing and centre against your application before exam day.
CG TET exam-day rules
- Reach the centre at least two hours before the paper, for identity checks and frisking. The 2026 instructions also ask candidates to see the centre a day earlier.
- The main gate closes 30 minutes before the paper starts; the board's own example is a gate shut at 10:30 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. start.
- Carry only the admit card, a black or blue ball-point pen and one original photo ID: voter ID, driving licence, PAN card or Aadhaar card with your photo. Without an original photo ID you will not be let in.
- Wear light-coloured, half-sleeve clothes. Black, dark blue, dark green, purple, maroon, violet and dark chocolate colours are not allowed. Wear chappals; ear ornaments of any kind are barred.
- Communication or electronic devices, electronic watches, purses, pouches, scarves, belts and caps are fully banned in the hall.
- Candidates in religious or cultural dress must report earlier than the normal time and pass an extra security check.
- You cannot leave the hall in the first half hour or the last half hour.
- The question booklet carries three identical barcode stickers: one goes on the OMR sheet, one on the booklet cover and one on the attendance sheet.
- Divyang candidates who need a scribe follow the board's scribe guidelines dated 27 February 2025.
