CG TET Result 2025 (TET26): Score Lists, Certificate, Next Exam

The CG TET 2025 (TET26) result is out: the board has published it with the final answers and separate score lists of eligible and not-eligible candidates for Paper I and Paper II. The exam was held on 1 February 2026. No CG TET result is pending now; the next exam is scheduled for 26 September 2027.

How the CG TET result is published

CG TET is a single-stage qualifying test, so there is one result per paper: your marks out of 150 and whether you are eligible. On the board's results page each TET26 paper has a final-answer PDF, two result links for your personal result, and two score lists. The exam instructions say candidates can view the result on vyapamcg.cgstate.gov.in and print it.

• The score lists, titled "Score list of eligible candidates" and the not-eligible counterpart, show roll number, application number, name, category, sex, date of birth, PH and domicile flags and the total.
• Category and personal details in the lists come from the application and have not been verified by Vyapam; the hiring department is told to verify them.
• The result is issued on the basis of what you filled in the application, and nothing is corrected by Vyapam at any stage.

Who qualifies

You are CG TET pass if you score at least 60% in a paper. SC, ST, OBC (non-creamy layer) and candidates with special needs need at least 50%. Each paper is out of 150 marks, with one mark per question and no negative marking. Paper I and Paper II are separate results: a pass in Paper I covers classes I to V, a pass in Paper II covers classes VI to VIII.

Certificate, marksheet and validity

• Candidates at or above the qualifying mark get a TET certificate, which must be produced at the time of recruitment. Everyone else gets only a mark sheet.
• Once you qualify, the certificate is valid for life.
• A qualified candidate may sit a later CG TET again to improve the score.
• Certificates for earlier cycles are on the board's "TET E-Certificates Year Wise" link on its home page.

Fee refund after the result

Under a General Administration Department letter of 21 April 2025, candidates who are local residents of Chhattisgarh and actually appeared get their exam fee back after the result, into the same bank account from which they paid.

What happens after the result

Vyapam's job ends with the result. Document checks, verification, selection and appointment are not done by Vyapam. The CG TET 2025 guidelines add that being allowed to sit the test does not mean your eligibility has been verified; it is finally verified by the recruiting agency or appointing authority, and the TET is not an appointment order. Because the OMR sheets are machine-evaluated, there is no recounting or re-evaluation.

CG TET results in past cycles

The board's pages do not print a declaration date beside these results; the TET results archive holds every cycle back to 2011.
