Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) has released a notice regarding the certificate verification for the post of Food Safety Officer. In the view of safety measures, the commission has decided to conduct the certificate verification in an online mode. The certificates upload link and other details will be made available shortly on the official website. The list of hall ticket numbers, memo, checklist, and Attestation form candidates can visit the official website, tspsc.gov.in.

TSPSC Food Safety Officer Selection Procedure 2020
The selection of the candidates is done on the basis of the online/OMR based examination. The final selection for posts is done based on the marks secured by candidates in the exam. Some other important information for the selection procedure is as follows:
- Those candidates who secure qualifying marks are called for the verification round. The minimum qualifying marks are relaxable for reserved category candidates.
- Those candidates who are called for verification round shall exercise web-option before verification.
- Candidates are allotted to post or district based on the rank in the merit list.
- Candidates have to produce original document for the verification. If candidates fail to do so, then his/her candidature is rejected.
- The selected candidates are also tested for their medical fitness.

TSPSC Food Safety Officer 2020 Document Verification
After final selection, candidates are called for the verification of documents. It is mandatory to carry the following documents in original for the verification.
- Aadhar card
- Educational qualification proof
- Date of birth certificate or 10th certificate
- School study certificate
- Declaration of the unemployed (for exam fee exemption)
- No objection certificate from the employer
- Following certificate should be obtained from the government of Telangana in prescribed proforma:
- Community certificate
- Non-creamy layer certificate/creamy layer certificate
- Certificate of residence/nativity (if candidates have studied in private school or not attended school).
- The following certificates must be obtained from the competent medical authority:
- Medical certificate for the blind.
- Hearing ability and hearing assessment certificate
- Medical certificate in case of orthopedically handicapped candidates

After the declaration of the final result, total marks secured by the candidates in the written examination is displayed. The display of total marks is done on the official website of TSPSC, tspsc.gov.in. Marks of the written examination are not displayed or communicated until the finalization of selection. However, right after publication of result, GRL will be displayed on the TSPSC official website.
