UPSC CAPF AC Admit Card 2026: e-Admit, PST/PET Call Letter

The UPSC CAPF AC 2026 e-Admit Card for the written exam was uploaded on 10 July 2026 on upsconline.nic.in, nine days before the 19 July 2026 papers. The written stage is over. Candidates who qualified on 25 August 2026 get a separate e-Admit Card for the Physical Standards and Physical Efficiency Tests from the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), not from UPSC. The last call letter of the cycle is the e-Summon Letter for the interview.

Where and when UPSC issues the CAPF AC e-Admit Card

The CAPF (ACs) 2026 notice says the e-Admit Card is issued on the last working day of the week before the exam, on upsconline.nic.in, and is not sent by post or email. If it has not arrived by then, contact UPSC at once through the Facilitation Counter or helpdesk 011-24041001. If UPSC hears nothing at least three days before the exam, non-receipt is the candidate's own responsibility. The card must be kept until the final result of CAPF (ACs) 2026.

What to check and whom to write to

Check that the Name, Photograph and QR Code are correct. For 2026, discrepancies were to be emailed immediately to [email protected]. If the photograph is unclear, bring a photo identity card and two passport-size photographs, one for each session, and sign an undertaking.

Written exam-day rules for CAPF AC 2026

• Paper-I (General Ability and Intelligence, objective) ran from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, and Paper-II (General Studies, Essay and Comprehension) from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Entry closed at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., 30 minutes before each paper. UPSC advised arriving about one and a half hours early for face authentication, identity verification and frisking.
• Carry the printed e-Admit Card and the photo ID whose number is on it, for each session. Only the e-Admit Card, pen, pencil, ID proof and self-photographs may be taken in.
• Mobile phones (even switched off), smart watches and bags are banned, and the venue has no storage. Violations can lead to cancellation of candidature or an FIR.
• Bring a black ball point pen for the OMR sheet. A simple wrist watch is allowed.

PST/PET e-Admit Card from SSB

According to the written result press note, SSB is the Nodal Authority nominated by the Ministry of Home Affairs and intimates the date, time and venue of the PST/PET. It posts the e-Admit Card on recruitment.ssb.gov.in and also emails candidates, so check the spam folder too. At the centre, produce the e-Admit Card, a hard copy of your finally submitted DAF and a photo ID such as Aadhaar, driving licence, passport or voter ID. SSB posted the notices on conducting PST/PET and on the PST/PET e-Admit Cards for this cycle on 25 September and 29 September 2026. The test dates are in the Important Dates table above.

The PET standards for men are 100 m in 16 seconds, 800 m in 3 min 45 sec, a 3.5 m long jump and a 4.5 m shot put (7.26 kg). For women they are 100 m in 18 seconds, 800 m in 4 min 45 sec and a 3.0 m long jump. The long jump and shot put allow 3 chances each. The minimum height is 165 cm for men and 157 cm for women.

Interview e-Summon Letter

The DAF window ran from 7 September to 21 September 2026 (6:00 p.m.). Submitting the form there generates both the application printout needed at PST/PET and the e-Summon Letter for the interview. Candidates who fail the PET are not called for interview. Medical Standards Tests are held only for those who appear in the interview. In the CAPF AC 2025 cycle, interviews ran from 4 May to 29 May 2026.
