Training After Vizag Steel MT Result 2020
The candidates, recruited after completion of all the stages of the recruitment process, have to serve a training period of 1 year as Management Trainees (MT). During the training period, candidates are offered salaries as per following pay scale: Rs 20,600-3%-46,500. After the completion of training period, the candidates have to serve probation for 1 more year. During this period, salaries are revised in the pay scale of Rs 24,900-3%-50,500.
