Application Form of AP Grama Volunteer 2020
Andhra Pradesh government has released the application form for AP Grama Volunteer 2020 recruitment on the official website. Candidates who are willing to apply for the recruitment should have fulfilled the eligibility criteria. To apply for the recruitment candidate must have a passing certificate of class 10th, and shouldn’t exceed the age limit of 35 years.
How to Apply for AP Grama Volunteer 2020
Stepwise procedure to apply for the post of AP Grama Volunteer 2020 is given below:
Step 1: Candidates have to first read out the instructions carefully before they start filling the form.
Step 2: Once the candidate has read the instructions, then they should go to the website as shown below.
Step 3: Then click on the option that says ‘Apply Now’.
Step 4: As you click on ‘Apply Now’ button a declaration window will open up, click on ‘I Accept’ to move ahead.
Step 5: Here a candidate has to select the Place, Qualification and date of Birth from the drop-down.
Step 6: Now candidate has to link their Aadhar Card and they will receive an OTP on the mobile number linked with Aadhar card. After that click on the option that says, ‘Verify OTP’.
Step 7: If the candidate doesn’t have their Aadhar Card then they can click on the option which says ‘Aadhar Not Available’.
Step 8: Then the candidate will be asked to add their mobile number. After that they will receive the OTP on it and then they can enter the OTP in the given place, to move ahead.
Step 9: Here the candidate has to add their name, father’s name, date of birth, gender and then click on Verify Aadhar.
Step 10: After updating all the other details, candidates have to upload their picture, by clicking on the option that says ‘Upload’. The image that the candidate is uploading should be in JPG format.
Step 11: Candidates now have to add their current address, address proof to move ahead. While uploading the file, candidates should ensure that the file size remain less than 1MB and it should be in PDF format only.
Step 12: Candidates can edit/change their mobile number by clicking on the option as shown below:
Step 13: After changing the mobile number candidate have to click on the Send OTP option and after receiving the OTP, they have to enter it. After entering the OTP click on verify OTP option ad the mobile number of the candidate will be changed.
Step 14: Now the candidate has to add their valid email ID, which they are using currently and then click on Go and Continue.
Step 15: Candidates at this step will be asked to add their educational qualifications. Once the qualification is added, the candidate can click on Go and Continue button.
Step 16: Now the candidate has to add their socio-economic details. If the candidate is from OC then they have to click on Yes option, present in front of the OC button and if they are not differently abled then they should choose the same option. After doing that the option for ‘Apply will open up.
Step 17: If a candidate doesn’t belong to OC category then they should select the No button and get their caste certificate uploaded by clicking on verify details option. Then the candidate has to select their caste/category and then click on the Upload button.
Step 18: If the candidate is differently abled then they have to choose the Yes option, and then select the disability type. Once doing that candidate has to upload the certificate to prove their claim, by clicking on the Upload button. After all the important details are filled, candidates can click on the Apply button. The application of the candidate will get submitted successfully.

How to Edit and re-submit the Rejected Applications
If the application form of AP Grama Volunteer 2020 gets rejected due to any reason, then candidates can resubmit the same by going to the official website which is gramavolunteer.ap.gov.in.
