APDCL Selection Procedure 2020
The selection procedure of APDCL recruitment includes two major steps. The first is the written examination and the second is the interview round. - Written Examination:
- This is the first stage of the Selection procedure of APDCL recruitment.
- APDCL conducted the Computer Based Test for a total of 100 marks.
- In case, a large number of candidates papers for CBT exam then the exam takes place in various shits. This leads to the inequivalence of question paper and its difficulty level. So to overcome this situation, APDCL exercises the normalization process to declare the result.
- Interview/document verification:
- Aspirants who qualify the written examination are then called for the interview document verification round.
- This round is conducted for 18 marks.
- The final merit list is prepared based on the marks secured in the CBT round only.
- Aspirant provisionally selected also have to undergo the pre-employment Medical Examination.
