Eligibility Criteria for APPSC Arunachal Pradesh Civil Service Exam 2022
Candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria can be disqualified from the selection process at any stage. It is solely the responsibility of the applicants to ensure the fulfillment of prescribed eligibility.

The eligible candidates can apply for the examination online through the website of Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission. Separate applications are required to be submitted for preliminary and main examination. Only those candidates who qualify the prelims can fill the mains application form. To submit the application form online, follow the procedure mentioned below.
Step 1-One Time Registration (OTR): The candidates need to register themselves on the APPSC’s website. For OTR, fill in all the required details and create a log-in password. Candidates once registered under OTR can apply for any post released by APPSC in future, without registering again.
Step 2-Fill Application Form: Login using user id (mobile number or email address) and password to access the dashboard. Click on “Apply” button against the desired post and fill the application form carefully. The information provided at the time of OTR is retrieved automatically.
Step 3-Payment of Application Fee: After submitting the required information in the online application form, pay the application fee using a prescribed mode of payment.
Step 4- Print out the filled-in APPSCCE application form.

APPSC Arunachal Pradesh Civil Service Exam 2022 Selection Procedure
The selection of the suitable candidates is made in following 2 successive phases/stages:
- Preliminary Exam
- Main Exam (Written and Interview)
Preliminary Exam: First and foremost, the applicants have to sit for a preliminary examination, comprising of 2 objective-type papers. Prelims is qualifying in nature and hold no weightage in the final merit list. Candidates must score a minimum of 33% marks in Paper 2 (CSAT) of prelims to move forward.
Main Exam (Written): Based on the prelims, shortlisted candidates, 12 times the number of vacancies, are invited for the main examination. There are 8 papers in the main written exam. The candidates need to secure at least 33% marks in each of these papers and 45% in aggregate to be called for the interview round.
Main Exam (Interview/Viva-voce): Candidates 3 times the number of vacant posts are invited to the interview stage. The interview process is held to assess the personality of the candidates and suitability for the job. Final selection is made on the basis of combined scores of main written exam and interview.

APPPSC (Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission) is a state government body responsible for recruitment to various civil service posts in the state of Arunachal Pradesh.
